Our name, ‘The Ritual Works’, reflects the nature of passion that every good fabricator shows in their work. There is an element of perfectionism and order that is refined with each day, and we wanted to reflect that in our identity while paying homage to the industrial heritage that brought us here. Every moment that we dedicate to the process becomes a well-mastered ritual.

Established in 2018 by a couple and co-founders MJ and Eleonora, we blend a wealth of knowledge with aesthetic judgement, turning ideas into beautifully made, long-lasting metalwork. Our motivation was sparked by our disenchanted experience with the industry's withering nature during our years of working within it. There didn’t seem to be a practice that could bridge the technical dimension with the refined visual language.

We became our own answer and, in the process, we have quickly gained recognition in the industry and scaled our business to a busy industrial production facility, offering architectural products in addition to classic sheet metalwork, such as laser-cutting and folding, and large-scale production services. Our ideology is grounded in breaking bad practices in the industry and lifting manufacturing standards across the UK and beyond.

Today, our work spans architectural features and façades, commissioned pieces, commercial fit-outs, food-grade assemblies and broader production runs. We’ve taken the business forward by keeping our promises and refining the way we work: listening first, prototyping when it helps, and communicating plainly from quote to handover. That approach has earned long-term relationships and approved-supplier status with clients who value reliability.

With the unique ability to offer design consulting to our clients, our expertise reaches into the earliest stages - testing ideas, resolving details, and translating intent into clear, buildable solutions.
